3 x 30-Minute Private Sessions

Designed for providers who want to improve consultation performance, increase skincare compliance and repurchase rates, strengthen KPI performance, and create higher commission opportunities through more intentional recommendation habits.

Expectation: providers fully implementing the program and tracking consistently should expect significant KPI growth, with many providers capable of doubling retail sales while increasing client satisfaction and referrals during the 6–8 week program.

Includes KPI analysis, consultation strategy, workflow refinement, and customized coaching based on each provider’s goals, strengths, opportunities, consultation style, and patient flow.

Must be willing to commit to 5 minutes daily for tracking and a quick daily note, along with 1 weekly goal. Additional optional educational material will be provided to support long-term growth.

Sessions are typically scheduled 3–4 weeks apart depending on provider schedule and include several KPI Tracker check-ins throughout each week.
